Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in DIY, interior and lifestyle. Hope you have a nice stay!

Crafting with kids, bird feeder

Crafting with kids, bird feeder

Looking for something fun to craft with your kids but don’t have any materials? Have a look in your recycling bin! Upcycled juice cartons are great as storage boxes (I’ve got a tutorial on my instagram) and as bird feeders. Little Kiki loves to paint so she was very happy to get her hands on this orange juice carton makeover. Have a look at the video below.

Kiki keeps pointing at the feeder and says “vogel huis, Kiki paint mooi” :D Translates roughly into ”bird house, Kiki did a good job painting it.” And I think she did a good job too! Crafting with a two year old is always fun as you get ore paint onto other object then what you are actually painting, but she has so much fun. If it was up to Kiki we would paint everyday.

I will be posting more Crafting with kids ideas over the next couple of weeks and other projects you can do in your house with materials you already have lying around so make sure you follow me on Instagram or check in on the blog and YouTube.

Hope you are all well and are keeping safe indoors, lots of love, Hester xx
