Pinapple Jack O' Lantern

I can't believe its almost Halloween already!!

Pumpkin spiced foods are appearing everywhere and shops are full of dressing up outfits, are you going to a Halloween party this year? I'm not the biggest Halloween fan but I do love a carved pumpkin or two. That got me thinking, surely you can make a jack o' lantern out other fruit and vegetables as well?

Cue the pineapple lantern, the pumpkin jack o' lanterns more exotic cousin :)

With its sinister hair style I think they are way more scary then the regular round shaped pumpkin, don't you agree? And super easy to make have a look at my tutorial video.

And the best bit of making this lantern? You get to eat delicious fresh pineapple as a reward for carving :D
