Retro Bow Christmas Tree
Fancy a fun, retro, kitsch and easy decoration for your Christmas tree? Look no further then the bow tree! I love how joyfull and happy our Christmas tree is this year and all because my ribbon box was overflowing. Want to know more? Have a look at the video below.
Not only does the tree look super cute it also didn’t cost me a penny. All the ribbons were left over from other projects or came from presents. And the glittery tree skirt? It’s a sequinned cape of my daughter! Perfect to cover the base of the faux tree.
For a medium width ribbon you want to cut lengths of 75cm, this makes for a lovely size bow. With a thinner ribbon you can go a bit shorter and for a very wide ribbon go longer. Once you’ve tied the ribbon onto the tree cut the ends into points so the ribbon doesn’t fray and it looks prettier too.
The bow tree sure brings a lot of joy, would you like on in your living room?
